Pre-Lesson Checklist

I will always do my best to ensure we have fun while learning the fundamentals of basketball (and a few life lessons) but neither the player nor the coach can truly succeed without the parents' help. To maximize the likelihood your child will get the most out of their lesson, please ensure your player:

  • Is hydrated. They should drink at least eight (8) oz. of water prior to arriving for their lesson

  • Brings water to drink during their lesson

  • Has a full meal or snack prior to arriving

  • If necessary, brings a snack to consume during/after their lesson

  • Wears shorts or loose fitting sweat/sport pants

  • Wears a shirt that will not restrict the movement of their arms

  • Wears tennis/basketball shoes. No sandals please
